Last updated 30 August 2026. This policy covers this website only. It is written to describe what the site actually does, not what a template says a site usually does.

The short version

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind. If you read the site and never fill in the estimate form, nothing about you is collected by us at all.

What we collect, and when

The estimate form

The only thing on this site that collects information is the free-estimate form. If you choose to fill it in, it asks for:

• your name and phone number, which are required, because otherwise nobody can call you back;
• your email address and the property address, which are optional;
• whatever you type into the details box, and which services you tick.

Those details are sent to SB Pro Construction & Painting Inc as an email, through a form-delivery service called FormSubmit, so that Sergio can contact you about an estimate. They are used for that, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone who is not working on your estimate.

We keep the emails for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and our ordinary business records. If you want yours deleted, ring (321) 225-1222 and ask.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records ordinary server request information — IP address, browser type, which page was requested and when — as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not have an analytics dashboard built on that data and we do not use it to build any profile of you.

Links to other places

There are links on this site to Facebook, Instagram and Angi. Following one takes you to a company we have no control over, and their privacy practices are their own. Nothing on this site loads content or scripts from them — the links do nothing until you click them.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no tracking here to switch off, so the signal makes no difference to how this site behaves.

Your choices

Because the only collection is a form you choose to fill in, the simplest control is not to fill it in — ring instead. If you have sent the form and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, ring (321) 225-1222.

Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We are not going to make claims about which of those laws apply to a small Orlando painting company. What we will do is this: ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, and ask us to delete it and we will.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
